** CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS **
Custom and personalized orders can take 5 - 10 business days to complete, depending on how busy I am with previous orders and my family. Please keep in mind that I have 6 children, like you, my family will always come first. Please send me an email if you need something in a hurry and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. (Usually Monday unless it is a holiday). If your order happens to be sold out before we've had a chance to post it on the website, we will let you know immediately and will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment and other options available to you.

** DOMESTIC CANADIAN SHIPMENTS **
All packages will be shipped through Canada Post Regular Parcel, unless otherwise requested. We charge postage & packaging fees only, we DO NOT charge any handling fees.

** US SHIPMENTS **
All US bound packages are sent either by ground or air. Express Post is available at an increased shipping charge, please email us for an accurate quote. Please keep in mind that charges are in Canadian Dollars, US charges will be slightly cheaper after the exchange rate is done through your payment company. We charge postage & packaging fees only, we DO NOT charge any handling fees.
** INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS **
Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote before paying for your order so that there is no delay in shipping. Please let us know if you would like your package insured, please keep in mind that there are some locations that insurance is not available.
We DO NOT ship to the following countries:
Mexico, Thailand or Nigeria.
Our commitment to the environment:
Whenever possible, we try to reuse shipping packages, this not only helps the worlds diminishing trees, but it also helps us keep our shipping costs down, so you save money to.
We ask that you please find a way to recycle or reuse the packages we send, here are some ideas:
- seek out local companies who would gladly take them & reuse them
- donate them to a school
- ask a neighbour or friend if they can reuse them
- keep them and reuse them to send gifts to family/friends at Christmas or any special occasion
Help make an even bigger difference and ask your employer and the stores you shop at to please recycle & reuse their office supplies.
